Hall Grove Group practice are making some changes to the way you can order your prescriptions from the 1st of October.
To improve patient safety and reduce medication waste we are changing the
Patient Participation Groups (PPG) in GP practices, are a national initiative to encourage greater involvement of patients in decisions about healthcare services provided by GP Practices both now and in the future. The Hallgrove Group Practice PPG is called the Patients’ Voice (HGGPPV). It is a committee, made up of patients and carers from Hallgrove and Parkway practices, that meets monthly to discuss, and act on, the many different types of initiatives and issues that impinge on the quality of the healthcare services provided by the practice. The Practice Manager and a Practice Partner attend every second meeting.
