To assist us in our delivery of online direct care services to you, we use an external organisation e-Consult via a secure portal. By clicking on the eConsult banner and  eConsult buttons on our website you will be taken to their website (eConsult). With your consent e-Consult will process the data you provide and submit your completed consultation back to the us for our review and action before the end of the next working day.

Our  eCONSULT platform is available from 8 am, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). Once capacity is reached the link is closed. NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.
