To assist us in our delivery of online direct care services to you, we use an external organisation e-Consult via a secure portal. By clicking on the eConsult banner and eConsult buttons on our website you will be taken to their website (eConsult). With your consent e-Consult will process the data you provide and submit your completed consultation back to the us for our review and action before the end of the next working day.
The eCONSULT platform will be available for 24 hours a day 5 days a week Monday to Friday. It will close at 18:30 on Friday each week and will re-open on Sunday at 18:30. After 18:30 on Friday you can contact 111. NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do.
Please note: If you do not have computer access or do not feel confident to use a computer/mobile device for the eConsult funtion or you just prefer to pick up the telephone - you can still ring the surgery on 01707 332233 or 01707 328528 and press option 2 and speak with a member of our reception team to book an appointment.
