To assist us in our delivery of online direct care services to you, we use an external organisation e-Consult via a secure portal. By clicking on the eConsult banner and  eConsult buttons on our website you will be taken to their website (eConsult). With your consent e-Consult will process the data you provide and submit your completed consultation back to the us for our review and action before the end of the next working day.

Our  eCONSULT platform is available 8 am to 11am, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).  NHS 111 can help if you have an urgent medical problem and you’re not sure what to do. 

Please note: If you do not have computer access or do not feel confident to use a computer/mobile device for the eConsult function or you just prefer to pick up the telephone - you can still ring the surgery on 01707 332233 or 01707 328528 and press option 3 and speak with a member of our reception team to book an appointment.
