Appointments Overview


Our new system encourages all appointment requests to be done via the eCONSULT online function.

Our Hub Team/Duty Oncall team start at 08:00. 

If you do not have internet access please contact the surgery 01707 328528 and the reception will take down as much information as possible and place it on a dedicated list for a clinician to review and the practice will inform you of the outcome.

Types of appointments available: Face to Face, Telephone Consultations & Clinical Messages. 
Duration of appointments available: 15 minutes or 10 minutes 
The clinician triaging the information provided will be able to decide the duration of the appointment needed.

How to cancel an appointment: Please ring 01707 328528 and speak with a receptionist to cancel and re-organise your appointment.


We ask patients to download and use the NHS App to order their online prescriptions. 

MSK Physiotherapist

We now offer MSK Physiotherapy appointments for assessments, diagnosis and management for all Musculoskeletal disorders.

Social Prescriber

We now offer appointments with our Social Prescriber once a week. Ring the surgery to find out more about how to obtain an appointment.

Clinical Pharmacy Team

We have a team of Pharmacists working for our practice. They deal with medication queries, medication reviews and incoming hospital letters which have plans regarding patients medications. If you have an medication review overdue feel free to book an appointment with our Clinical Pharmacy Team.

Mental Health Nurse

We have a small team of Mental Health Nurses. They will be able to support your mental health needs if they arise. Please ring the surgery and ask for an appointment with them. They can either be face to face or over the phone.
