Do not come to the surgery under any circumstances if you are concerned that you may have symptoms or could be at risk of Coronavirus, Covid-19. Please visit https://111.nhs.uk/service/covid-19 . When you have been asked to come down to the surgery by either the Reception Team or your GP please enter the practice wearing your own face mask. We understand that some may not be able to wear one due to medical grounds which we understand. Please attend your appointment alone where possible. We ask children to attend with one of their parents and understand that elderly or patients with mutliple health conditions may need assisstance from a family member or carer. Can all parents/carers also please wear a mask when entering the practice.

How to get contact your GP during the Covid-19 Pandemic?

1. Please complete an eCONSULT form for any admin and clinician related issues. We will get back to you by the end of the next working day. We are trying to get back to the majority of patients by the same day at the moment. Our eCONSULT platform is open 24 hours a day 5 days a week.

2. If you do not have access to the internet you can still ring the Surgery and speak with our reception team who will then book the most appropriate telephone consultation with a member of the clinical team (Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistant, Physiotherapist or Social Prescriber). All appointments for the time being are being managed over the phone however where appropriate the clinician may ask you to attend the surgery.

We are following the guidance given to us by NHS England. We will update everyone with any new changes.
