We currently communicate with patients and carers in the Practice by handing out leaflets, putting information in the Newsletters and displays on the screens in the waiting rooms. We wish to expand our methods of communication and to increase the involvement of all patients in the various health related consultation exercises that are asked of us. We are therefore creating an email list of patients and carers who are interested in being consulted on future health initiatives. If you feel you could make a contribution to the work of our Patient Voice Group at Hall Grove and Parkway Practice please keep an eye out for our contact email address which we will publish in the Patients’ Voice section of the practice website shortly and tell us that you would like to join the email list.
